Modular Hex-Tower Self-Watering Planter
One compact ecosystem for two plants with very different needs: a moisture-loving fern and a climbing philodendron that cannot sit in constantly wet soil.
- Challenge
- Support both watering profiles in one planter without compromising either root zone.
- Approach
- Split the inner planter 5/6 and 1/6, linking the larger zone to a reservoir while isolating the smaller zone from constant moisture.
- Evidence
- A baffled top-fill column, dedicated wick channels, and twist-lock 80 mm moss-pole sections turn the irrigation strategy into printable geometry.
- Outcome
- A documented three-plate PETG build that combines self-watering, top-down maintenance, and modular vertical growth in a single footprint.

Six-Angle Product Photography Box
A purpose-built capture enclosure designed to photograph a product from six fixed angles at once, eliminating the need to reposition the product between views.
- Challenge
- Capture consistent product views from six directions in one setup while keeping every camera aimed at the same central subject area.
- Approach
- Build and evaluate four enclosure generations, revising the structure, access opening, camera mounting, and internal geometry as the system developed.
- Evidence
- The physical progression records the changing form factor, the exploded CAD view shows version 4's construction, and the finished enclosure integrates all six cameras.
- Outcome
- A single enclosed capture station for simultaneous six-angle product photography, reached through four complete hardware iterations.

Parametric Screen-Protector System
A reusable phone model that drives both device-specific screen protector cuts and the matching printed guides used to install them accurately.
- Challenge
- Produce a custom protector and alignment tool for each supported phone without treating every device as an unrelated design problem.
- Approach
- Use one parametric phone model as the shared geometry for the screen outline, corner transitions, sensor clearance, protector cut profile, and installation-guide fit.
- Evidence
- The Galaxy S25 example connects the modeled guide, its physical fit around the phone, and the protector being positioned through the finished tool.
- Outcome
- A repeatable in-house workflow where each phone model produces its own precisely cut protector and a matched guide that makes accurate installation straightforward.

Wire-Shelf Door Hold-Open Clip
A purpose-fit printed clip that bridges a storage-cabinet door and the adjacent wire shelf, holding the door open with a simple removable part.

Compact Slurry Pump Pre-Filter
